Youth Arts Festival brings 60+ free events to Hammersmith & Fulham this half-term
The Young People’s Borough of Culture festival runs 26–31 October 2026, with workshops, performances and nearly £30,000 in youth-led grants.
This half-term’s headline cultural programme is the Young People’s Borough of Culture Youth Arts Festival, running 26–31 October 2026 with more than 60 free events aimed at ages 13–25.
According to Theatre Weekly’s launch report and Hammersmith BID’s calendar, partners include Lyric Hammersmith Theatre, Hammersmith & Fulham Council, DanceWest, Fulham Pier, the Earls Court Development Company and Hammersmith BID. The programme spans workshops (street dance, costume, poetry, animation and more), industry sessions and commissioned work from young artists.
Ten youth-led projects selected by public vote among local young people will share about £29,940 through the new Our Place grants. Listings and booking sit with the organisers — start with the BID calendar and Lyric — rather than with second-hand times copied here.
