If you send a story tip or newsletter interest form, we process your name, email and message to review community submissions. Form posts are stored in a Cloudflare KV namespace on our account. We do not sell this data.

The live dashboard calls public APIs (TfL, Open-Meteo, Environment Agency) via our Pages Function; those providers have their own notices.

Server logs and Cloudflare’s standard security logs may include IP addresses. Contact: use the form or [email protected] when mail is live. No phone number is published.

Photography

We self-host photographs from Wikimedia Commons (Public Domain, CC0, CC BY or CC BY-SA only) and Pexels. Each image carries a visible credit; the full list is on our Image credits page and in the repository credits manifest. We do not use identifiable people in a misleading news context.
